About Kelly

Kelly Walker is an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 2 Teacher, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Certificated Pranayama Teacher, with a Master’s in Education. She began her iRest journey in 2012 and over the years, has dedicated herself to the practice and study of iRest and has served as an Assistant at iRest Level 1 TeacherTrainings. As an iRest & Pranayama teacher, Kelly brings skills from a 20+ year career as an educator, offering a warm atmosphere, space for exploration, and a sincere, heartfelt dedication to these beloved, transformational practices.
